I'd put money on that guess, I've seen Subaru Leone wagons of that era with similar script on them, though on the tailgate.

yeah I know for sure it is a Suby script, and the bumper end looks to be about right, but the beltline crease looks a bit off for me to be sure. Ah well we shall see
